Rising Sun

This morning, despite being desperate for a lie in, I was up & out early with Noodle for the beginning of her morning walking routine.
Out at 8am leant itself to us seeing the sunrise pretty dramatically- well at least for me anyway.
We only managed half way round the reservoir today, as my canine companion seemed to be lagging behind me.
Much more of this to come pooch! Now that my weight is coming off at a nice pace, I'm on a get toned up regime now!
