told me it was World Gin day today so I didn't want to miss out .

I'll also wish our Queen a Happy birthday with a small one.
I'll sit out in the sunshine.
We went into town this morning to buy some more bandages to dress hubby leg.
It looks dreadful.open wound and swollen.I was worried so I asked if the Chemist wouldn't mind having a look.
Well hubbys face tripped him as he doesn't like a fuss.
The nice chap said it seemed to be healing as it should.
Were like a pair of old bookends !!!
I'm off out for me gin.
BTW its water in the glass for Blip purposes.
The real stuff is about to be downed !
