Self Care Together 11 - Sit Outside (15 mins)

Quite restless today. Was over worrying about my AZ Jag appt which was late afternoon & worrying about peak traffic delays & people queues when taking public transport.

The local bus goes to the Airport but diverts before Airport Terminus to drop folk at the Vaccine Centre & same again on the way back.

In / out within 30 mins & only 10 mins to wait for bus homeward.

Treated myself to pizza, salad & bottle of Red Cola picked up on the way back from bus stop. Put my seat out in the garden & munched, chilled & listened to the birds chirping. Sun had gone away & breeze made it cooler it sit out. Wrapped in comfort blanket for a wee while more.

NHS Lothian Vaccination Centre, Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, next to Edinburgh Airport.

Can't remember names but woman (dentist) checking paperwork, side effects from previous Jag, anything to look out for this time, to read update info given & man (soldier) giving me the 2nd AZ Jag in right arm.

Other staff doing admin checking NHS contact details up-to-date, entry / exit directions.

On the way home started to think about the last time I had been at Ingliston was probably when I worked the Rezerection Raves and New Year Raves and that was yonks ago!
