I went round to Mums in the morning and washed and styled her hair. Then I went to the allotment and planted cosmos, nigella and larkspur in spaces around the beds.
In the afternoon I went to see my friend Irene. She has a lovely big garden. Irene showed me this beautiful pink thistle , which had attracted lots of bees.

I went for a swim in the evening , I managed 24 lengths . My first swim of 2021, it felt lovely.
