New boots and a new find!

I bought a new pair of walking shoes today after my old ones fell apart yesterday - oh what luxury a pair of new well fitting shoes! We walked to Grasmere and back to Ambleside via the Coffin Route. On the way back we descovered a beautiful quiet garden in the grounds of Rydal Hall. It was lovely, full of Rhododendrons and Azaleas all in flower, ponds and waterfalls with a real mixture of sculptures and art work at every turn.
