Sweet

Determined to be a bit more positive day today and had a busy morning with meetings, email shovelling and various Twitter storms and HR issues to handle.
Later on I headed down again to the train station having heard nothing from Trainline about my refunds and whilst they couldn’t give me a refund at least the person at the travel centre helped me work out a way through and gave me some good tips so I felt less sick working out what to do.
If I ever write the story of my life there’s definitely going to be a chapter of ‘stupid mistakes’…turning up at the airport a day late, or without my passport, missing the last ferry of the day, accidentally ordering a single rather than a double bed, buying 10 times the amount of fish I meant to from a touring fish van from Grimsby, and, just earlier this week, losing my purse for a month. Buying 3 lots of return tickets for next weekend is hardly out of character! I don’t know how I hold down a job, as K would tell me!
Delicious strawberries after my stir fry….really tasty. Chat to A and laughing about all my bloopers, and looking forward to another evening of light til after 11pm…..absolutely love this time of year. Going to get out and about in some good weather this weekend I hope.
