Carers Week Day 5.

A very wet walk in Appin today, but the group still enjoyed it. They might be suffering tomorrow though. I lost track of time and we ended up doing 6 miles instead of 2, but I think they were quite proud of their step counts! :)
I'm going to start a regular walking group now.
