Victorian Grandeur

Headed out to the Black Spout woods for a stroll this morning - it has been a while since I visited and everything was very green.  I came back via the grounds of the Atholl Palace and they were looking especially nice. 

House viewings have been going well - at least three expressions of interest and a closing date has been set for next Friday. Fingers crossed.  Slightly nerve-wracking but less so than buying.
