Back west today for a follow up appointment with the vestibular physio. Went for lunch first in the same Cafe as last time- nice home made soup and a sarnie.

I have improved since the last time was there but not fully so I have a reduction in my exercises and some more tips.

We drove to Duke Street and had a wander down as far as the Japanese supermarket and cafe. I love the graffiti on the gable ends on this street and it was quiet with the road closed due to the fire at the College Bar.
