Lateral thinking

Forgot when I planned a roast tomato risotto for dinner that standing stirring for 25 mins in my shattered evening state these days is not good planning - I'd rather be on the sofa. So I set up a chair at the cooker! Flaw in the plan was that I couldn't quite see what I was stirring (and JB's idea of hanging a mirror from the cooker hood didn't quite come to fruition!) but somehow made a rather tasty meal with minimum of effort. Oh to have my old energy back - not long now..........
