Got out back before work for some pedalling. A pretty good sesh.

And then the day at work was pretty good too, including summat that I was quite proud of - not often that praise is dished out but today it came my way. And it felt alright.

Went out for a bit of a spin around quiet and mostly empty city streets in the evening. It was decent weather, I didn't really fancy stopping in, not like I had a choice in the matter really.
