Promenade Learning

The open air Edinburgh Science Festival installations have begun to appear on the promenade. The theme of this year’s sea front exhibition is Human Nature. It will be interesting to see the full display. The concrete mooring points are already all in place. In my view this is a much better use of this space than the wood burning beach sauna that some had wanted here this summer.

I missed the partial eclipse this morning. I was on a voluntary shift in town. The cloud spoilt the view for those who were out and about.

Online daily Gaelic lessons continued in the afternoon. Later we had a long distance spell in with our 8 year old grandchild.

It was still 23 degrees on our beach walk this early evening!
