Splash of yellow

Over the last few years at Chatelherault country park they have been cutting down the non native woodland in an effort to regenerate the native deciduous forest. In this clearing you can see that the yellow broom has taken advantage of this. It looked beautiful today in the sunshine when I went for a walk there with my friend Allison.
