A lot of being an assessor for Duke of Edinburgh Awards involves waiting, lurking and, well, killing time.

Fortunately it was pretty much a formality with the groups today, they all executed their planned routes perfectly.

I also had some company to make the waiting around a lot more fun than usual and to make the kids smile.
