Notes: Didn't sleep well after doing the online group for regression - was awake at 1a and then only slept a couple more hrs after that. Another kind of out-of-it-feeling day. Did go to the pool for a bit, the few people left and then had it to myself and the lounger by the water - reading Dolores Cannon's Convoluted Universe 2. Saw a dolphin or 2 and tried to get a pic but didn't come out. Quiet rest of the day.
