Upwards and onwards

A very, very quiet day at home, wanting some 'recovery' time after yesterday. Cats, kittens, and light housework filled my hours and some comfort provided by Jane Austen's 'Emma' (what a truly annoying creature Miss Bates is).  Late afternoon online tutoring for a couple of hours - only regular learners so finding a 'smiley face' for them wasn't difficult. A very quiet solitary evening of TV and a video call with Robin, before, a relatively early night hoping to sleep.  I started taking my new medication today, now waiting to see if it generates any discernible improvement.
