Dawn Colours

I have a couple of guests who wanted to go out and photograph the lake and mountains and to see the sun rise. It isn't too early these days, but they are still in bed, so I went out alone at 7.15!! This pic is looking towards Mt Maude. The lake is very low at the moment, thus causing the little muddy island in the front of the pic. I even saw Tussock, The Boss and Bossess, I wonder what they were doing so early in the morning!!!

I have spent the last couple of days working on my 'Favourites' book, have done 35 pages so far. Today is a relaxing day, as I have morning tea with the photography group, and this afternoon am off to have a game of Croquet. It is another stunning day in Wanaka.
