Stable

My nephrologist told me today that my labs were essentially the same as when I last saw him.  That was reassuring, although, since I'm now in Stage 4, they're not good numbers, just stable ones.  He prescribed a new medication and I'm scheduled to go back in September.  Trying not to catastrophize, as is my wont.

After my appointment I went by QFC to pick up some groceries and found this hanging basket of pretty flowers outside the store.  They are lovely double impatiens that look like roses and come in a variety of colors.
