Sunlight

Max and the boys went down to Sussex to visit to Grannie Gill for her birthday, unfortunately I couldn’t go because I had a lot of college work to do, my back hurts and I am very tired at the moment, she hasn’t seen the boys for about 18 months.

I went for a lovely walk in the cemetery and did some meditation and Pilates on the bench under a tree.

Spent the afternoon finishing to college assignments which I have emailed for marking.

I made myself Prawn pesto pasta for dinner and watched the second half of the film yesterday, the second half of the documentary about pink which is brilliant and then some relaxing Nigella Lawson cooking at home.

Zebedee came home but Max and Gulliver are spending the night in Sussex
