Photographic Connections
On day 1 of a mini-trip to Wiltshire, to attend a macro workshop tomorrow, I took the opportunity to visit Lacock Abbey, home of Henry Fox Talbot who invented a process for creating reasonably light-fast and permanent photographs leading to what is probably the first negative of a lattice window in his house. The window is the smaller window above one of the entrances to the original cloisters in my view of the abbey. My modern take on Fox Talbot's image is in extras.
