Photographic Connections

On day 1 of a mini-trip to Wiltshire, to attend a macro workshop tomorrow, I took the opportunity to visit Lacock Abbey, home of Henry Fox Talbot who invented a process for creating reasonably light-fast and permanent photographs leading to what is probably the first negative of a lattice window in his house.  The window is the smaller window above one of the entrances to the original cloisters in my view of the abbey.
