Just in time....

...to catch the sunset. As I was driving home, I could see the sun disappearing rapidly. I knew I wouldn't have time to go home and walk to the lake, so I stopped en route home.

The postman had left me a parcel. My copy of Plenty by Yotum Ottolenghi. Thank you buckleyhughes for the tip. Amazing looking dishes.... Now... What to attempt first..
