The day was a bit disappointing blipwise. Then while waiting for the bus to return to Funchal, with the weather starting to go downhill, I saw this house in Santana opposite the bus stop. There are lots of new properties being built, but there are also lots of fine old traditional buildings neglected and decaying, some of which seem to be in prime spots.
