I bought a dash mounting kit for my TomTom, which is meant to sit on the dash. With bit of studying and guessing on dimensions, I worked out it could fit in the centre cubby hole, and be folded away to shut the flap when not in use.

It's also where the display for my Parrot carkit lives, so very little is on display when the cubby hole is shut. Looks just like a standard car then, which gives me piece of mind when the car is parked in an unfamiliar place.
