On Track

A rare Tuesday at work which on the basis I didn't break anything maybe deem it a successful day... Thankfully the engineer was in early and had one room sorted by lunch.

Sunshine this evening so athletics was on for C; I was talked in to a short interval session, fitting in several laps of the track before heading to the pool.
