The Chattri

I parked once again beside the 'Jack and Jill' Windmills this morning and made the trek across the Downs to The Chattri - my first visit in more than two years.

The fresh wreathes in the foreground would have been laid during the short service that has already been held in place of the 2021 Memorial Service originally scheduled for 13th June, which will not now take place due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.
