A walk to town.

For no real reason, other than to find a Blip! This is Thorn Bridge on the way into town I think I've Blipped it before. The road going over it goes on to Pelham Bridge, which is closed for repair for 10 weeks - it is causing traffic chaos around town of course!

I've spent time just catching up on small jobs.

Later had a walk to Brian's work, met up with him and went to Lidl. I always like to look at the random stuff they have in the "Middle of Lidl". It wasn't very interesting today, mostly clothing, kids' outdoor toys and tools. I did get a pack of Papermate pens for fairly cheap though!

Minstrel has been weird today! He often licks random things, like the plastic bag the toilet rolls are in in the bathroom, the radiator valve in there, the back room window-frame, my handbag etc. Today he has been doing it non-stop! The vet told us a while ago that it is due to him being taken from his Mum when he was too young. He doesn't do it all the time  though.

When we arrived back this evening Brian put the back door grill on so the door could be open to let fresh air in. That distracted Minstrel from licking stuff at least. He may be a house-cat but he likes to sample outdoors safely by the door.
