Mothering SUNDAE

Went on a small family outing on Mothering Sunday to the Finest Catch, which was described before we went as a cross between an American Diner and a fish and chip shop.
A very apt description as it turned out, chrome furniture, slick service, a juke box [which fascinated some of the younger patrons who had clearly never seen one before] and with a strong fish slant to the menu, plus fantastic desserts.
This is a strawberry sundae...wish I had chosen it!
PS Mrs CB should be credited with the title, which I thought very good, as with the sundae, wish I had thought of it!
