Redshanks and Turnstones

I went down to the beach at North Berwick, East Lothian, to take some shots of Bass Rock through the waves with my 55-200 zoomer on, but I was distracted by the enormous number of birds just above the receding tide.

(I'm not too sure about my IDs, but I think I've got it right!)

Look at the big birds.
