Pea Sized

The main point of today's blip is to share a story of good customer service.
Within a short time of acquiring my new camera a little black fitting fell off and was lost. I had never removed it so wasn't impressed. I had to look up what it was: the flash synch terminal cap.
Eventually I got around to emailing Olympus and suggested they might like to replace it. Within a few minutes I got a reply and a couple of days later a new one plus a spare arrived in the mail.
Credit where credit is due and I think they deserve a plug.
