Pensive

Today was the first day of summer day camp and programming for both the grandchildren. Miles started an activity program with Parks and Rec and Elizabeth Drama Camp. Since my daughter Anne was working today, I drove this morning for check-in. Each program is a perfect match for their respective personalities (her artistic soul shines through here don't you think?) and they both came home reporting that they had good days.

This is exactly what I missed so much last year but, thank God, the adventure in grandparenting has returned.
