Colourful

It was back to work for me and school for Leo.  He seemed back to his usual self, so well and truly recovered from whatever virus that was.  Thankfully none of the rest of us seem to have picked it up.

I managed to catch up on my backlog. It was not as fearsome as I thought it might be - looks like it was a nice quiet week to be AWOL.

I tried a lunchtime plod but my foot was still not quite right so I will need to be patient a bit longer. I may try several shorter walks instead of one long walk  to see if it copes with that any better.  I did spot this lovely colourful flower on my plod.
