Nice here today.

Not many folks about for most of our afternoon. Any breeze was on the other side of the headland; it was pleasantly warm. We walked in the forest, beside dunes, on the beach and inter tidal zone - lots of variety and “a bit of nature!” Good for wellbeing.

Coffee outdoors this evening. Lots of birdsong.

Family are well.
