Too much wine last night but it was worth it.
Worth seeing my friends for a get together at our place and food and barbecue was awesome too.
We also had a walk to Ham House and back home was just fun in the glorious sun.

I'm really happy I did my usual swimming, however after 5 laps I was ready to go out. Somehow I pulled it and finished it.
I'm happy I was able to cycle today. Such a nice and sunny day.
