Happy birthday!

Backblip. Catching up.

Happy birthday to my mum. Well, her actual birthday isn't until Monday but we had a wee family get together today to celebrate. Unfortunately my niece and sister-in-law weren't able to come. Someone in my niece's class at school has tested positive for covid. My niece was sent home from school on Friday and has to isolate for 10 days. My niece, brother and sister-in-law have now all taken covid tests and thankfully they were all negative, but it meant that we couldn't all get together as planned.

But we did have cake and presents in the back garden for my mum, and then my other brother and his wife stayed on for a meal.
