Ronda is still a regular customer. I so hope she brings her child or children around before the summer ends.

The extra is proof that we do in fact again have - still have? - remember last summer? - a young snapping turtle living in our frog pond. That is going to temporarily put an end to any desire I might have to stick my hand in there to remove goop and fallen leaves. I saw the entire turtle a few days ago, but it slipped under water before I could photograph it. It appears to be about 7 or 8 inches long from where its head sticks out of its shell to where its tail sticks out. I just found last year's blip. Almost exactly the same photo!
