Flambe

I photographed Jim, the Chef at our local pub today. This was the main photo that I wanted to get in the kitchen, but I also got a few Jaime Oliver style pukka shots with Jim adding some garnishes to some of the dishes.
The kitchen isn't very big so I had to crop in quite tight and darken the edges quite a bit to remove a lot of distractions.
