Tarbet on a Sunday

Lovely having no tourists on a Sunday.
I am not sure if I am accident prone or just old age. I hurt my arm last night changing a toilet roll. The toilet holder is high up and I was sitting on the toilet so I got a new one but when I was putting it on I twisted my arm and got this pain in the muscle at the top of my arm.
It hasn't stopped me doing any gardening as I did some weeding in the car park but it is sore when I lift it up to my head.
