Hills and Holes

We had a great time this morning exploring a new nature reserve that we hadn’t heard of before called Hills and Holes. It has been made from an old quarry and is exactly as the name suggests. The children had a right old time running up and down! The site is being managed as a wildflower meadow and is apparently home to several rare species of plants, insects and glow worms. I would love to visit again at night to see some.
