Popped!

My first poppy has popped. It is stunning.

Mr PB went on a training ride today - 140 miles. They have cycled to Nottingham.

So I got up early and took the dogs to Ferry Meadows , then came home and went for a run.

The afternoon has been spent pottering in the garden
