Little Wakering Creek
I was up and out at 4am as I decided to go somewhere new, Little Wakering Creek, which was a drive and a bit of a walk away. As with other Essex marshes it was lovely to be out there at dawn but quite boring to photograph. The sunrise was drab so the main has had much Photoshop treatment, but the extra (which I think I prefer) less so. Despite getting absolutely soaked through due to thigh high, dew laden grass lining the path I’ll go back to the area again as the solitude, with bird calls for company, is magnificent.
