"Where's It Gone"!

IF you get so close to the West Front of Salisbury Cathedral, the 404ft Spire that so looms gets hidden behind.

Except to be that close and get it all in, you need a wide lens indeed! So, the wide end of the Nikon 10-24 and standing almost breathing over these two lovely lady's shoulders.

On a bright day, there are lots of people taking snaps and so I wouldn't have looked too out of place, especially as I'm pointing the camera up in the sky. I did have to wait a seemingly long time until the there were no other people in the frame though. These two just nattered and gesticulated!

The blue-ness is from a polariser accentuated and then exposure 're-aligned'.
