THE PHEASANT.

Left for the canal at 5.15am on a beautiful morning, after I walked about two and a half miles it clouded over, but luckily the sun came back and it has been a beautiful day. I just liked the colours of this pheasant against the sky, so that is my blip. My extra is of Mr Heron fishing along the canal.
Roast chicken and bacon tonight with all the trimmings, followed by strawberries and ice cream. Will enjoy that while watching the Grand Prix.
Off now to the garden as I better work of some calories before my meal. Lol.
