We have duked it out for several weeks with barn swallows trying to build in our carport. We told them we have a barn, and they are welcome to build there. No, that’s not to their suiting. So we put up this owl decoy, designed to scare the living $#!+ out of all birds. What did they do? They built a nest on top of it. You gotta honor resilience. You win.
