Autumn

Yet another gorgeous day here in Wellington. it hasn't rained for weeks. Water supplies are running low but amazingly we are still allowed to use hand held hoses. The outside of the house could do with water blasting but I think I'll make do with sweeping the cobwebs off with a brush for now. The grass is brown and the hydrangeas are wilting but I'm sure they'll survive. I'm wondering whether to top up our emergency water supplies... just in case.
