Travelled to Finsthwaite for the biggest orienteering event so far. Excellent organisation and effort from all the helpers. 

Made one significant error and ended up too low on my control then took a long time to relocate. Fitness played a factor too. Still I managed to finish. A wonderful evening for a walk and although not your usual Lake District photo I rather liked this old boat about to be over run by the incoming tide. The extra was nearby and was underwater by the time we returned.
