The dogs love Jason, not sure why ;)

H and I had our second jabs at 8:20 this morning, what an amazing thing the nhs is, great organisation from the team at granta , especially the chap managing the car park ( Johnnie ).

All very painless, and no after effects so far.

Home and out for a bike ride for the first time in ages, bloody hell that hurt but good fun and I improved my average speed a tiny bit ( still slow, but not quite as slow).

F1 quali which was madness and then BT turned up to try and fix our appalling connection. Turns out there is a broken wire somewhere underground, the easy solution was to run a new wire which they did and bingo it’s all sorted!

The Frosts popped over for a few drinks which was lovely.
