UNEXPECTED VISIT

I was blessed with an inspection by a Common Blue butterfly while walking through the dunes today. There was a sheltered area where several of them were fluttering about busily and this one crawled onto my hand while I was parting some grasses looking for them. Then I met a friend from the choir who was out walking her dogs. I haven't seen her since March of last year so it was good to catch up a bit.
