The Long Water

Went to Hampton  Court Park this afternoon. It was far less busy than the Hampton Court area and the riverside.
This is The Long Water which leads down to the Palace gardens. Every so often the fountains burst into life, but a coot (see extra) had built her nest very close to one and before she shrugged off the water each time, she got drenched again. That'll teach her!
