Thick-legged flower beetle

This morning I went into Oswestry and did some food shopping then this afternoon went to Llanymynech Rocks for a walk.

I saw common blue, orange tip and small heath butterflies and lots of wild flowers.  This is the Thick-legged flower beetle which feeds on the nectar of flowers and was.  Apparently only the male has thick thighs.  A bit different to humans!!
