Still laughing?

Pushed the boundaries with a 10 mile MTB ride today, with plenty of off road planned in. Bike handling skills and confidence not far from normal now, but am wise enough to ride more cautiously over riskier terrain eg where tree routes are exposed on a narrow path, ruts and well within my limits. Inevitable sleep this afternoon.
